We have more than three decades of experience in the cleaning industry which enables us to provide accurate forecasts of cleaning requirements. We match the right cleaners with the right buildings to suit the requirements and building layout. We have proven quality and procedural management systems to deliver best practice cleaning services and use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
We have rigorous processes in place to ensure our cleaning contractors have the necessary visas to work in Australia, are paid award wages, and are security screened. Before commencing work on one of our buildings, we provide a full site induction which covers their scope of work, site security and work health & safety procedures.
Before commencing any contract, the assigned cleaning supervisor will perform a risk assessment of the site. Once completed, details of safety procedures and uses of equipment and chemicals are stored on-site with the building manager. Our WHS system covers all the safety duties that must be present on the worksites such as, Material Safety Data Sheets and Safe Work Method Statements.
We use cleaning equipment to the standards of Good Environmental Choice Australia. All cleaning contractors are trained in the proper use of personal protective equipment, maintenance, chemical use, safe cleaning procedures, powered equipment use, and dilution control systems. All electrical equipment is tested and tagged by a qualified electrician every six months.
